CAB Achievements
BACK
Individuals are hired for two reasons:
-
They can increase the bottom line.
-
They can increase efficiency or decrease costs.
Prior to the interview, identify significant achievements from prior

relate to the position you are seeking.
Action
What action
did you take to solve the problem? The actions should show leadership,
creativity, teamwork, and ingenuity.
Benefit
The benefit
will always be a positive outcome to the company by increasing efficiency,
helping the company attain its objectives, or increasing the bottom line.
