FAQ’s
Q: What happens to my resume once I submit it?
A: Once we receive your resume, our Internet Manager examines your skills and
experience to determine whether or not you fit the requirements for any of the
positions our recruiters are currently working on. If you fit the requirements
for a position, your resume is forwarded to the recruiter handling
the position. The recruiter may contact you by phone or email if he/she feels
that you may be right for that opportunity. If you do not happen to fit any of
our current positions, your resume and contact information will be entered into
our database to be available for possible opportunities in the future.
Q: Do I have to pay a fee to use your service?
A: No. All fees our paid by our client companies.
Q: Do you have jobs available in my industry?
A: Our recruiters specialize in many industries. You can view our current job
postings by clicking here.
Q: Why should I work with a recruiter?
A: When searching for a new job, it makes sense to take advantage of all the
tools available to you. There are advantages to using a recruiter. First, there
are many jobs advertised online and in the classifieds, but not all jobs are
advertised. Our recruiters are industry insiders with knowledge of many job
opportunities that simply are not known by the public. Second, our recruiters
have a large network of contacts, from which you will benefit. Your recruiter
may have a contact inside a company that you may be interested in working for.
Third, recruiters can gather more information about a position or a company to
better prepare you for an interview. Another advantage to working with a
recruiter is that you have someone on your side. Your recruiter will be able to
help find the best position for you. He/she will also be a mediator between
yourself and client companies, gathering useful information to assist with
interview feedback and job offers. Lastly, a recruiter will help you in your job
search with the strictest confidentiality. Your recruiter will not release any
of your information without your permission first, and he/she will not contact
anyone regarding your employment without your prior permission. This enables you
to complete a job search while you are still employed.
Q: I sent you my resume. Why haven't I heard from anyone?
A: We certainly appreciate you sending us your resume. We
receive thousands of resumes. We wish we could converse with every person
who takes the time to send an inquiry or a resume. We simply can't talk to
everyone; however, we do indeed take the time to carefully review and evaluate
your experience.
