FAQ’s
Q: Why shouldn't I just post the jobs myself?
A: You most certainly can - but why? Why would you want to
invest the time and money into something that's going to cost you more time and
money than what you may think? Who will do you your job while you're
doing our job? The most qualified candidates are not always job
seekers - meaning the best candidates won't necessarily be looking at the
postings, as they rely on the expertise of a recruiter. A loyal client
from one of our nationally well known client companies confessed to one our
recruiters that his superiors thought they could save money by doing without a
recruiter. They invested money in new software, job postings, internet
research and man hours to sort through the multitude of resumes. Then more
time was spent entering data in the computer on what they thought were the most
qualified candidates. Next came time spent on arranging and setting up
interviews, which many times ended up in disappointment and going back to
the drawing board. Remember, this client made quite an investment and
commitment for seeking their own candidates, so they weren't going to give up.
They kept trying and trying. They even hired candidates that didn't have the
right fit, which ended up in separation after more time and money was wasted on
training. Well, they finally decided they wasted much more money, in time
alone, than if they would have just left it to their recruiter. They were
very happy to call our recruiter for future needs.

Q: How do you find candidates?

to realize that often times the best candidate is not always an active job
seeker. Think of our recruiters as industry insiders. They have an established
network within their desk specialty. Plus, we have a full-time research team
that is always on the look out for talent, and our recruiters receive numerous
referrals from candidates that have been placed or are currently seeking a
career change.
Q: How long does the search/hiring process take?
A: Every assignment is different. In general, the more specialized the position,
the longer it takes. This is not always the case since our recruiters have such
an extensive network.
Q: What is your guarantee on the candidate that you place with our company?
A: Like our fees, our guarantee is determined on an individual
basis and included in the contract.
Q: Do you have a list of typical interview questions?

prospective candidate. We would be happy to share this with you for
interviewing candidates we refer to you, after all, part of our job is to help
make your job easier.
