2.   Selecting & Placing Candidates
We examine candidate qualifications against your requirements. Qualifications are verified through checkpoints and testing. Those without appropriate skills are eliminated from the search. Interviews with candidates yield information on their goals and whether they would be a prime match for the position. Only the best, most highly qualified candidates are presented to our clients. Further assistance is provided in scheduling and monitoring the interview process.

3.   The Decision & Offer
Clients make the final hiring decision. We assist in the final process by counseling on salary negotiation, candidate resignation and counteroffers.

4.   Ongoing Relationship
We maintain contact with you and your new employee to ensure that both of your objectives have been met.

The majority of our clients find that each need within their company requires a unique solution. We will work with you to suggest the appropriate solutions for your specific needs. Search options include:

1.    Retained Search
Do you have a critical open position that you urgently need to fill? If an opening could cost your company significant lost opportunities, production or morale, then our Retained search option could be your best choice. With a retained search, we will dedicate a project team to focus exclusively on evaluating, designing and completing the search. This fulfillment option works very well for critical openings where a company has a clear perspective about the optimum candidate and where the company’s hiring process is clearly defined and adhered to closely.

2.    Priority Search
Is your opening to be filled a key role, but one with responsibilities that can be adequately covered by other staff for a limited period of time? Or, maybe your desired candidates are in hot demand in the market, and you need the ally of a professional recruiter to move top talent to your company instead of to your competitors? If these echo your situation, our priority search method is likely your best choice. With this option, a partial retainer is paid up-front to engage the recruiter and give your important need top priority.

3.    Contingency Search
As many job openings are not as critical or as competitive a need as described above, we frequently fulfill these other positions under our contingency search option. Do you need a particular candidate profile regularly? Do you have new openings due to business expansion?
