understanding your needs. Our search does not begin until we have a thorough
understanding of what our client company is looking for in a candidate's skills,
work ethic and fit with the company culture. It’s this
critical time investment in gaining knowledge and understanding which results in successful placements. It enables us
to streamline our search process to quickly and efficiently surface exactly the
kind of persons needed to enhance the productivity of an organization.
The Right Candidates
To meet a client company's objectives of finding and hiring outstanding
administrative support candidates, we look far beyond normal database resources.
Because the best-suited candidates may not be active job-seekers, we work with
our industry contacts and our vast network of placed candidates to secure
valuable referrals. Finding and placing the right candidates the first time
results in higher retention and less turnover.
Our Process
We excel in referring exceptional talent to our clients because we design a
specific, targeted approach for each assignment.
1. Planning
First, we create a comprehensive candidate profile through in-depth questioning.
We want to learn what skills and characteristics you are seeking now, what has
proven successful in the position in the past, and what your company has to
offer a candidate. Our search efforts are then targeted to locating the
best available people for that profile, using our referrals, network, new search
activity and database.
2. Selecting & Presenting Candidates
As we identify talent, we will evaluate those candidates against your profile.
We look for a strong fit in experience and skills, both for the immediate need
and for long-term potential. Our in-depth interview with the candidate is
designed to identify these capabilities as well as uncover the candidate’s real
career desires.
We will introduce to our clients only the best and most highly qualified
candidates for the position. Coordinating productive meetings between our
clients and our candidates is integral to our success in managing the process
for our clients. We will assist in planning the interviews and in preparing the
expectations of both parties for the interview.
3. The Decision & Offer
When our client has identified the best candidate for their opportunity and made
the decision to extend an offer, we participate closely in the offer process. We
will help the client make the most appropriate offer needed to appeal to the
candidate. Then, we will assist the candidate in the often-times stressful
process of transitioning out of their current position and into the new role.
4.
Ongoing Relationship
We don’t believe our role ends at the time the employee starts their new job. We
feel it is important to our relationships on both sides to maintain contact with
our client and candidate. That on-going communication has often proven helpful
in assuring each party of the “rightness” of their mutual decision.
